Arrived really well packaged and in good condition with the chair well wrapped so the velvet didn't mark. Easy to put together and look great. My only issues are the knocker said it is not to be used to move the chair, I went for these as I thought this would help with moving them. Also as I am only 5ft3" the foot rest isn't quite high enough for my short legs but I love them
