Shipping & Returns

Here are the main things that you need to know about our delivery and returns.

Delivery and returns (on damaged items) are FREE for mainland UK.

For smaller items delivered by DPD, Fedex, Hermes or UPS please report this within 5 days of receipt via email with images attached.
Damages of large or delicate items must be reported upon delivery and returned with the driver, the driver will wait while you check your items.

We deliver most orders within 1 to 14 days, ask on live chat for specific items as many items are available for next day delivery.

Please get in touch with us for your estimated delivery date, here is a guid:

Dining tables and sets, we usually advise 4-10 days delivery
Chairs, barstools, benches and accessories are usually available for 1-3 days delivery
Beds are made to order and we usually advise around 7 days for delivery
During busy periods delivery on larger items can take longer, please get in touch with us if you have any special requirements for delivery
A tracking number will be provided if we deliver via courier
You will receive a despatch notification when your order is dispatched
Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges to us by our courier partners

Delivery is included to the majority of England, lower Scottland and Wales on all orders. We do offer worldwide shipment. Please contact us HERE for a quote.

You can return most items within 14 days but you must keep all original packaging to avoid repacking charges - see terms HERE.

Breakages during delivery are rare but if that happens, we will replace the item(s) free of charge where stock is availble.
